Lisa Stephens grew up in Athens, Georgia, and always had a passion for hair and beauty. After graduating high school, she attended beauty school and worked at various salons in the Thomasville area (Fantastic Sams, Hairology) to gain experience. In 1999, Lisa decided to open her own salon and dedicate her experience to Southern Styles.
